Option A: Incident Action Plan

Developing, implementing and updating an IAP is a key focus for ALL command centre staff yet many are challenged to understand the process. Participants will be introduced to a structured approach for developing, implementing, updating and communicating the IAP.

Option B: The Planning Section

This workshop will prepare EOC personnel to function within the Planning Section. Participants will learn about the function of the Planning Section Chief, Units and Branches and the relationship between the Planning Section and the other elements of an Emergency Operations Centre or an Incident Command Post.
